New from construction - 12th October 2021
Construction of infrastructure for next phase continues according to plan therefore we added new Twin and solo houses to our offer. Construction of the houses will start in next few week. The houses can be reserved already now. Due to continuous cost increase of commodities, construction materials and services the prices are valid till end of November. To new clients we offer a bonus - whole kitchen including appliances for additional charge of 65.000,- CZK (retail price is 140.000,- CZK). Call us regarding your visit today.

We started building new phase of solo house. Most of them are already sold, however there are few still on sale. We are also preparing new phase of Duplex houses and Bungalows. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information!
