On Saturday 30th April 2016 the developer UTC PROPERTIES in cooperation with public organisation Denemark organized again popular Witch gathering at menhir stones. For childern and also adults we have prepared entertaining program, painting on faces and competitions. The program escalated to huge fire that could be seen from far away. We are glad that Witch gathering is so popular and we are looking forward for the next year.
Row houses 5-11 are finished and we started with handover procedure to satisfied owners. Construction of houses 17-26 is going according to schedule and houses will be finished in April. All of the row houses in this phase are sold, but soon we will commence with construction of new row and solo houses.
